Message	"Street vehicles should be driven at normal street driving speed for approximately 10 miles, then stop and let cool for 30 minutes. Do this 2 or 3 times." I did three cycles of ~ 25 km (~15 miles) with 30min cool-down, using Royal Purple Max Gear 75W-90. Then I dumped the fluid and put in the Richmond 75W-140 fluid.
